As a runner, Trish was hesitant to try indoor cycling at first. But once she did, she fell in love. She loves the amazing cardio workout, the ease on her joints, and moving to the music. Trish wants to make a personal connection with every rider in her classes. She leads by example—and inspires others by setting a positive example. This mother of four never stops pushing to stay fit, get better, and be there for herself, her students, and her family.
